Improving Service to Veterans - 2017

The Veterans Review and Appeal Board is now providing applicants with their Statements of Case through My VAC Account. This is a secure and convenient way for the Board to share Statements of Case directly with applicants, who will no longer need to obtain a copy from their representative.

The Statement of Case is the evidence package assembled by the Board, which includes relevant documents from the applicant’s service health records and other files. It forms the basis of the hearing, and is used by the applicant, their representative, and Board Members.

Applicants can go to My My VAC Account to login or register.
