What if my service-related treatment injury claim has been adjudicated by Veterans Affairs Canada, but I have not (yet) applied to the Board for a Review?

Does this mean that I will automatically receive a favorable decision on my service-related treatment injury claim?

As stated within the I-3 Interpretation Decision, each claim must be analyzed on a case-by-case basis to determine whether there is a significant relationship to service.
