Improving Service

New features have been added to My VAC Account that will directly benefit Veterans, CAF and RCMP members and their families with cases before the VRAB. Veterans who have a My VAC Account will be able to send a secure message to the Board. For easier access, decision documents will now appear in My VAC Account as a separate document. In addition, decisions will continue to be a part of the updated Statement of Case.
