Mylène Fortier

Mylène Fortier was appointed to the Veterans Review and Appeal Board in July 2024.

Ms. Fortier worked as an Occupational Therapist for 15 years before becoming an advisor with Slogar in 2014, and eventually accepting the position of Associate Director in 2018. She went on to occupy the role of Senior Manager of Disability and Workplace Injuries with Bell Canada. Ms. Fortier has previous experience working as a Member for the Social Security Tribunal of Canada from 2023-2024.

Ms. Fortier attended the University of Laval where she received a degree in Occupational Therapy. She also attended the University of Montreal where she completed a Microprogram in Medical Insurance and Expertise.
