Did you know that the Board's decisions are published on the Canadian Legal Information Institute (CanLII) website? CanLII is a well-known legal resource that organizes decisions by year and is searchable by key word. As of March 2016, there are more than 1,800 depersonalized decisions available.

This makes our decision-making more open and accessible to Veterans and the public, and demonstrates our continued commitment to publish more decisions for increased transparency and confidence in the appeal process.
